These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of LeadFire's website and services. By engaging with LeadFire, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Services
LeadFire provides website design, development, hosting, and related digital services for contractors and home service businesses. The specific scope of services will be agreed upon before work begins.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Payment Terms
Our standard pricing is a one-time setup fee of $499 and a monthly fee of $89/month for the Website, Hosting & Management plan. A one-time build option is available for $1,500.
- The setup fee is due before work begins.
- Monthly fees are billed on a recurring basis.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
No Contracts & Cancellation
Our monthly services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time by providing written notice to hello@leadfiresystem.com.
Upon cancellation, your service will remain active through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete business information needed to build your website.
- Review and approve the website within a reasonable timeframe.
- Ensure that any content, logos, or images you provide do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Use our services only for lawful purposes.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all fees, you own the content and design of your website. LeadFire retains the right to display your website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
Any tools, templates, or proprietary systems used to build your site remain the property of LeadFire.
SMS & Text Message Communications (A2P 10DLC)
Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your phone number and engaging with LeadFire, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us. These messages may include appointment reminders, project updates, follow-ups, and other service-related communications.
A2P 10DLC Compliance
LeadFire's SMS communications are sent through registered Application-to-Person (A2P) 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) messaging, in compliance with carrier requirements and industry regulations. This means our messages are registered, verified, and sent through approved channels to protect recipients from spam.
By opting in to receive SMS messages, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Message frequency varies. We will only send messages relevant to your project or inquiry.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us.
- For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at hello@leadfiresystem.com.
- Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service.
LeadFire complies with all applicable federal and state laws regarding electronic communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines for A2P messaging.
Limitation of Liability
LeadFire is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to LeadFire in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Disclaimers
LeadFire does not guarantee specific results from your website such as a specific number of leads, calls, or revenue. Website performance depends on many factors outside our control including your market, competition, and business operations.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or fail to pay fees when due. Upon termination, your access to hosted services will cease.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Massachusetts.
